ABOUT US
Welcome to The Filipino American Woman (TFAW) Project by THENEWFILIPINA.COM. In the summer of 2019, our show originally focused on stories and life lessons told by Filipino American women. We transitioned to Jen and Nani's journey as content creators and entrepreneurs in the upcoming seasons. As we plan for our next season, we hope to encapsulate the common thread in every episode: to strengthen Filipina voices - one conversation at a time.

THE HISTORY OF TFAW PROJECT
Special thanks to the Bulosan Center for Filipino Studies at UC Davis for the opportunity to present our academic paper, Pinay Podcasters: Building a Self-Sustaining Community Through Storytelling, Collective Healing & Learning, and Collaboration.
